Congressman Barney Frank announced Monday he will not seek reelection in 2012. After more than 30 years in office, the 71-year-old liberal will retire.

And Radio Boston’s team of political analysts considers what Frank’s retirement means for Massachusetts, and weighs in on the race for the Republican presidential primary in New Hampshire, now six week’s out.
