For The Sake Of The Song: St. Patrick’s Day Edition

This Saturday, step into any local pub or bar around Boston and you’ll likely hear an old Irish tune.

Because, of course, it’s St. Patrick’s Day. Patrick Coman will mark the holiday with a special edition of his series “For the Sake of the Song” at Somerville’s Arts at the Armory center near Davis Square.

“For the Sake of the Song” is like an informal house party where local musicians interpret the works of one famous singer or album. This Saturday, it’s all about St. Paddy’s Day.
